We set out to fill that gap.

We source, stock, and distribute a focused range of air conditioning and HVAC categories - systems, spare parts, service tools, and diagnostic instruments - concentrating on what we know well rather than trying to be everything to everyone.

Our approach is straightforward: we hold inventory so our customers don't have to, we keep lead times short through our NSW-based operations, we work on sustainable margins rather than opportunistic markups, and we communicate directly - no call centres, no ticketing systems, just someone who knows your account and your stock.

Being NSW-based means we understand the local market - its summer demand peaks, its retail landscape, and the expectations of air conditioning and refrigeration trade customers in this state - while our distribution reach extends across Australia. We work with independent retailers, trade customers, resellers, and suppliers who value consistency over one-off deals.
